1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using pdfle MultiConf ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, pdfle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
3. Description of the Application
pdfle MultiConf is a desktop application that enables users to:
- Manage meetings from multiple video conferencing providers in one place
- Create, schedule, and join meetings with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other supported providers
- View and sync calendar events from connected accounts
- Receive meeting reminders and notifications
4. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Application integrates with third-party services including Zoom and Google. By using these integrations, you agree to the respective terms of service of those providers:
pdfle MultiConf's use of Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google user data (profile name, email, profile picture, and Google Calendar events) obtained through Google OAuth is used solely to authenticate you within the app and is stored locally on your device only. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third party.
pdfle MultiConf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., Google LLC, or any other third-party provider.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Not use the Application to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
- Keep your connected account credentials secure
- Comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of all connected providers
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its source code, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by pdfle and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use pdfle's trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pdfle does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pdfle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if pdfle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them by uninstalling the Application. pdfle may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or update notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where pdfle operates.
